| Dr. Sebastian has had a long time interest in infertility treatment. His practice includes not only infertility evaluation and treatment, but also routine obstetric and gynecologic care. He performs infertility testing, hysterosalpingograms, inseminations, including donor sperm inseminations, and closely works with in vitro fertilization programs. Dr. Sebastian works closely with Dr. Theodore Nagel, our consulting Reproductive Endocrinologist, including joint operative cases. He has been active in medical teaching for many years and is adjunct professor in the departments of OB-GYN and Family Practice at both the U of M and UMD. Dr. Sebastian participates in the Kiwanis Club of Friendly Duluth and also enjoys kayaking, boating, and spending time with his family. | |

| Dr. Rock was the first female OB-GYN in the Duluth/Superior area. Since then several other female physicians have joined the practice. She has a special interest in gynecologic surgery, especially vaginal prolapse surgery and laparoscopic surgery, and in the care of the elderly woman. Her office practice is now limited to gynecology only, which includes annual exams and consultations for female health issues. Dr. Rock was the Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Luke’s Hospital from 1992 -1994, and was appointed as the Chief of Staff of St. Luke’s Hospital from Jan 2007 - Jan. 2008. Dr Rock enjoys fly fishing, downhill skiing, travel, and time with her friends, family and dogs. | |

| Dr. Goltz joined Northland OB-GYN Associates in 1992. She practices a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care. She provides care in high risk obstetrics and routine prenatal care. She also provides multiple levels of gynecologic care, including office based gynecology and gynecologic surgery including the Essure hysteroscopic sterilization and uterine ablation procedures.. Dr. Goltz received the “Teacher of the Year” award from the Family Practice Residency program in 2003. Dr. Goltz enjoys travel, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family. | |

| Dr. Revoir joined the practice in 1996. Following training in Arizona, she decided to return to her roots in the Northland near Silver Bay. Prior to arrival to the practice, she spent several months in Africa providing obstetric care to the underprivileged. She brought with her extensive experience and innovative ideas to enhance the practice. She has a special interest in obstetrics, including routine prenatal care and high risk pregnancies. Dr. Revoir has been the Department Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Luke’s Hospital since 2003. She enjoys spending time with her family at the cabin, remodeling her home, and swimming. | |

| Dr. Johnson joined the practice in 1998. She and her husband both found their “dream jobs” by returning to the Northland from Albuquerque. She provides multiple levels of obstetric and gynecologic care to women of all ages, but especially enjoys the care of young women and teens. She is proficient in the Essure tubal ligation procedure and all other levels of gynecologic surgery. Her office practice includes prenatal care, annual exams and consultations for female health issues. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her family. |

Dr. Stank practices a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care. She has a special interest in obstetrics, gynecologic care, and urogynecology. She performs urodynamic studies and incontinence surgery, including the new Monarch Suburethral Sling procedure. Dr. Stank enjoys boating, kayaking, and spending time with her family. | |

| Dr. Boyle joined the practice as a seasoned practitioner in 2005 from an OB-GYN practice in the Twin Cities. She brought with her enthusiasm and experience in helping us choose and implement our electronic medical record system. She provides multiple levels of obstetric and gynecologic care to women of all ages, including prenatal care, high risk obstetrics, and gynecologic surgery. She is proficient in our in-office procedures, including Essure tubal ligation and the Her Option endometrial ablation procedure. | Dr. VanStraaten is the newest physician to join the practice, arriving in June of 2008. She and her husband are originally from Minnesota and were very happy to be able to return after living in Seattle for several years. Dr. VanStraaten provides a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care, however, her special interests are working with patients with sexual dysfunction and also teen gynecology such as first exams and education. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. | |
